Technical Report
Condenser completely disassembled, cleaned inside and old tube pack removed.
All old tubes replaced by new tubes each (1050x16x1,04mm -170pcs) installed and fixed.
1. End cover’s cleaned and gaskets renewed
2. Inner anodes replaced
3. Ø12 x 4 pcs headed studs replaced
4. Minor repair of end covers and partition wall done.
5. Cover fittings renewed- Ø20x120 16pcs stud, Ø20x90 16pcs bolt
Condenser assembled and hydro test of 10bar successfully done.
